Five Days of Deep Work
The Breath of Soul brings two powerful experiential methods into the same room for the first time: Souldrama®, created by Connie Miller, and Activation Breathwork®, created by Ocean Eagle.
Most of us know what's keeping us stuck long before we're able to change it. Insight alone rarely moves it. This retreat is built for the kind of work that happens in the body and in the group, where old roles and patterns can actually shift.
Souldrama puts that work into action through guided group enactment. Activation Breathwork takes it inward through extended, music-guided breath sessions. Sound vibrational healing with Deena weaves through the week, and every piece is paced so there's time to integrate what comes up. The goal is change that holds after you fly home.
With only 25 seats, every participant gets real attention from facilitators who are licensed clinicians and the founders of the methods themselves.

Souldrama®
A psychodrama-based group method that integrates rational, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. Participants move through seven "doors" of spiritual transformation (faith, truth, compassion, love, humility, gratitude, and inspiration) to align the ego with the soul and loosen what keeps them stuck in relationships, careers, and old patterns.
Connie Miller
LPC, TEP, ACS · Founder of Souldrama®
A certified trainer, educator, and practitioner of psychodrama and group psychotherapy, Connie developed Souldrama and has presented it in 15 countries. She received the ASGPP Innovators Award and the ACA Thelma Duffy Award for creativity and innovation for this work.

A licensed mental health professional and Crossroads Clarity Coach based right here in Stuart, Susan works with high-achieving professionals, couples, and families standing at the moment where one conscious decision changes everything.
Activation Breathwork®
A guided breath practice set to carefully chosen music, where participants breathe in a sustained, connected rhythm for an extended session and then return to the group to share and integrate what surfaced. People often describe emotional release, clarity, and a felt sense of connection.
Ocean Eagle
Founder of Activation Breathwork®
Ocean leads breathwork retreats in Sedona, Arizona and around the world, and is a seven-time published author. His work with veterans and his retreats have been featured by CBS News.
Gregory Greer

A licensed clinical social worker, addiction counselor, and certified group psychotherapist, Gregory brings clinical grounding and group expertise to the breathwork sessions.
Welcoming Sound Vibrational Healing by Deena
Deena's sound sessions give the nervous system a place to settle between the deeper pieces of work, helping the group rest and absorb what's shifting.

Counselors, therapists, social workers, and addiction professionals can earn 24 CEUs while experiencing two experiential methods firsthand, from the people who created them. You'll leave with personal insight and a working feel for how action methods and breathwork land in a group.
For Anyone Ready to Go Deeper
If you've done the reading, the talking, and the goal-setting and still feel something underneath hasn't moved, this is the week to meet it. You don't need a clinical background, only a willingness to show up for yourself, so invite your friends and colleagues too.
Breathwork can be physically and emotionally intense. If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, a seizure disorder, or other significant health concerns, talk with your physician and let Susan know before you register.
